September 2026 Highlights

African Diaspora Heritage Month

African Diaspora Heritage Month was a busy month for TATT, with energy-filled events in our chapter cities of Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX and a special TATT Talks LIVE session.

It gave us an opportunity to reflect on where we come from, recognize the contributions of our communities, and celebrate the connections that bring Africans, those of African descent, and friends of Africa together across borders.

Global Africa Summit (GAS)

The Global Africa Summit in Charlotte, NC brought together voices and ideas from across Africa and the diaspora to explore the relationships, opportunities, and possibilities shaping our collective future.

Our very own founder Dr. Sidonie Niba participated in the panel “Scalable Ventures & Workforce Development: Building Pathways to Economic Equity and Contract Readiness”, which focused on practical strategies for scaling businesses, developing talent pipelines, strengthening contract readiness, expanding access to capital and markets, and building public-private and global partnerships that create shared prosperity.

TATT Talks

On Thursday, September 10, TATT Talks LIVE hosted Antoinette (Coach Anti) Abe Okala Enohmbi—a Certified Grief & Life Transition Coach, Certified Spiritual Director, founder of Transformative Life Coaching LLC, and author of The Courage To Be You: A Guide to Healing & Transformation.

Antoinette shared insights on how to navigate life's toughest transitions with clarity, purpose, and renewed strength. Anchored in her core belief that "courage begins with being," Antoinette inspired people to embrace their unique stories and discover who they truly are beyond their challenges.

The evening focused on connection, entrepreneurship, wealth-building, and opportunity, creating space for professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and community members to expand their networks and explore new possibilities together.

Thanks to our sponsor, The QAE Group, for making this night possible!
